KND-LQ Series is a 90° part-turn intelligent electric actuator, specially designed for 90° quarter-turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves, supporting both on-off and modulating control modes. Equipped with over-torque protection and overload protection, as well as multiple safety protections including travel limit and motor overheat protection, it effectively avoids equipment faults caused by valve jamming, overload operation and motor overheating, ensuring stable and long-term operation.
The actuator supports local handwheel manual operation, local button control and remote signal control. It can be connected with Bluetooth, mobile APP and IoT system to realize remote monitoring and parameter debugging. The standard power supply is AC220V/AC380V-50Hz, and special voltage customization is available. Complying with ISO5211 mechanical interface standard, it is widely applied in power industry, petrochemical engineering, water treatment, municipal pipe network, HVAC and other industrial automation scenarios.
