KND-FZ-TL series is a multi-turn thrust-type intelligent modulating electric actuator, composed of a multi-turn intelligent modulating electric actuator and a high-precision thrust bracket. It stably converts precise rotary torque into linear thrust output, which is suitable for automatic control of linear stroke valves such as gate valves, globe valves and regulating valves, realizing integrated switch and precise regulation control.
The supporting multi-turn intelligent modulating main unit supports 4-20mA analog signal regulation, with multiple built-in protections including over-torque, motor overheat and travel limit. It supports local operation and remote centralized control, and can be connected with Bluetooth, mobile APP and IoT system for intelligent monitoring and parameter debugging. Equipped with a dedicated high-precision thrust bracket adopting precision lead screw transmission structure, it features tiny transmission clearance, high positioning accuracy and smooth operation without jamming. It effectively reduces transmission deviation and greatly improves the accuracy of valve stroke control and flow regulation with excellent repeat positioning accuracy. With stable structure and strong bearing capacity, it is widely used in power, chemical, water treatment, municipal pipe network, metallurgy and other industrial automation regulation scenarios requiring high control precision and operational stability.
