KND‑JZ/B series is a 90° part‑turn explosion‑proof intelligent compact electric actuator. Featuring compact and small‑size construction, it is equipped with local operation buttons and a high‑definition LCD screen, which intuitively displays valve opening, operating status and fault alarm information for easy on‑site commissioning and parameter configuration. It is suitable for 90° quarter‑turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves, and supports on‑off or modulating signal control.
Explosion‑proof rating: **Ex d ⅡC T6**, Ingress protection rating: **IP68**. It supports local manual operation and remote signal control. Remote monitoring can be realized via Bluetooth, mobile APP and IoT. Standard power supply: AC220V/AC380V‑50Hz, and special voltage customization is available. Its mechanical interface complies with ISO 5211 standard. It is applicable for hazardous locations with flammable‑explosive gas, heavy moisture and dust, such as petroleum and chemical industries.
