KNDQ series is a 90° part-turn electric actuator, suitable for 90° quarter-turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves. It adopts standarddiscrete on-off control and outputs passive dry contact feedback signals for full-open and full-close valve status, which is convenient for connecting with PLC and industrial control systems to realize automatic interlock control. Featuring stable on-off control, solid structure and convenient operation, it is suitable for most conventional industrial automatic working conditions. Equipped with a side-mounted handwheel as standard, it saves installation space and allows labor-saving manual operation, enabling convenient emergency valve opening/closing and on-site debugging in limited space.
With dual safety protection design of over-torque protection and motor overheat protection, combined with accurate travel limit protection, the actuator effectively prevents faults such as valve jamming, overload operation and motor burnout, ensuring safe and stable operation of equipment and pipeline systems. It supports local manual operation and remote discrete signal control, with stable and anti-interference passive feedback signals. The standard power supply is AC220V/AC380V-50Hz with customizable special voltage. Complying with ISO5211 mechanical interface standard, it is widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, municipal engineering, light industry and general chemical industries.
