KND-ZA series is a 360° multi-turn basic on-off electric actuator, specially designed for multi-turn valves such as gate valves and globe valves. Adopting standard discrete on-off control, it delivers stable and accurate start-stop performance for conventional industrial valve switching applications. Equipped with a side-mounted handwheel as standard, it enables convenient and labor-saving manual emergency operation during power failure, facilitating on-site commissioning and daily maintenance.
Built with dual safety protection of overload protection and motor overheat protection, together with precise travel limit function, the actuator effectively prevents equipment faults caused by valve jamming, overloaded operation and motor overheating. It supports remote on-off control and outputs passive dry contact feedback signals for full-open and full-close status, featuring strong anti-interference performance and stable signal transmission for seamless connection with PLC and industrial control interlock systems. Standard power supply: AC220V/AC380V-50Hz, customizable special voltage available. Complying with ISO5210 standard, it is widely used in water supply and drainage, municipal engineering, HVAC, light industry and general chemical industries.
